When Graeme proposed to me he suggested that our friend Caron should make the engagement ring of my choice. I was delighted, as I already had a silver and amber fish necklace made by Caron, which was my favourite piece of jewellery.

We looked at ideas for the ring and met with Caron in Hatton garden to choose a beautiful oval diamond.

When Caron delivered the ring we were thrilled. It was a beautiful white gold engagement ring comprising of a large oval diamond in a heavy rub over setting with an oval surround and mounted on a deep matt band of white gold.

Caron also made us matching 18ct white gold wedding bands.

I am as happy with my gorgeous engagement ring now, as I was 15 years ago when Graeme proposed to me. Caron crafted it so beautifully and I get many people admiring it.

We are equally happy with our wedding rings.
